A nice track session this evening, 15 x 300 metre reps off 60 seconds recovery............not quite as bad as the Olga Bondarenko sessions we done last week, but still hurt the old lungs.
managed to keep then around the 50 - 53 second mark which I thought was good until I heard that another guy had done 41 seconds...............he had spikes on though, well at least that's my excuse.

- Owen Morse (13.8, 100 meters, 5 balls, 1988; 11.68, 100 meters, 3 balls, 1989; 57.4, 400 meters, 3 balls, 1990)
- Owen Morse, Jon Wee, Tuey Wilson, and Albert Lucas (3:57.4, mile relay, 1990)
- Will Howard (4:42, mile, 2003)
- Michal Kapral (36:27, 10 kilometers, 2006)
- Michal Kapral (2:50:09, marathon, 2007)

Lots of people juggle and lots of people run, but doing both together in a world record time...............now that sounds like fun.
